The ADAC mobility lab, powered by eyefactive's interactive touchscreen signage solution, exemplifies the organisation's dedication to embracing digital transformation and delivering a dynamic, self-service experience to customers.
Play Video Videos/Photos Background InfoIn response to evolving customer needs, the Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club (ADAC) collaborated with eyefactive to embark on a transformative journey aimed at redefining its services and enhancing customer engagement. The project's focal point was the implementation of eyefactive's cutting-edge multi-touch technology within ADAC shops, with the trial phase initiated at the newly established ADAC Lab.
ADAC faced the challenge of being primarily perceived as a provider of car-related services, limiting customer awareness of its diverse offerings. The primary objective was to bridge this knowledge gap and showcase the full spectrum of ADAC's services.
The collaboration with eyefactive aimed to leverage modern technology to create a dynamic, interactive experience for customers.
Acknowledging the imperative to modernise, ADAC sought to transform itself into a comprehensive service provider beyond traditional automotive offerings. The strategic vision involves the introduction of eyefactive's multitouch table TAURUS 65'' at ADAC Lab, strategically located in Hamburg's Feldstraße.
This initiative is designed as a year-long trial to assess its acceptance and impact on customer engagement.
At the heart of the digital transformation is eyefactive's multitouch table TAURUS, strategically positioned to facilitate customer interaction with various touchscreen apps and a web browser. This interactive signage solution empowers customers to independently explore ADAC's extensive portfolio without direct staff engagement, enabling informed decision-making.
The multitouch software solution provided by eyefactive includes the following customized standard apps: VideoPuzzle, PucksView, SlideShowFX, AirHockey, ClickThrough, and several multimedia widgets. The apps offer features such as online navigation, gaming, dynamic content presentation in multiple interactive windows, and more. The touchscreen tables' unique capabilities allow multiple customers to engage simultaneously, enhancing the overall experience.
The project's innovative component originates from ADAC's push into the digital realm, offering an interactive solution within its physical premises. For the first time, customers can independently explore ADAC's services digitally, marking a significant departure from traditional in-person interactions. eyefactive's interactive signage solution plays a pivotal role in delivering a fresh and engaging experience.
To ensure the success of the project, ADAC collaborated with eyefactive, a recognized leader in interactive technology solutions. Additionally, the engagement of another agency, Goldfuchs, based in Hamburg, further complemented the efforts and contributed to the overall success of the initiative.
"eyefactive's interactive signage touchscreen solution has truly revolutionised our customer experience at ADAC Lab. The multitouch table, paired with a software project made of several customized apps, has allowed our customers to independently explore our vast range of services, breaking free from traditional perceptions. It's not just a digital upgrade; it's a game-changer in how we engage with our customers"Internal linksExternal links
